30ft has a 7 ft beam and was designed for single engine

SOME 30,S WHERE BUILT FOR A SINGLE V8 OUTBOARD, THEY HAVE A MONSTER STEP TRANSOM BUT RUN BETTER WITH TWINS. I REMEMBER THAT THE 30 HAD TWIN SMALL BLOCKS LIKE RC MARINE AND WAS UNBEATABLE. THE ONLY WAY TO BEAT THAT BOAT WAS TO TORCH IT.THAT BOAT HAD BEEN RESURRECTED AND NOW RUNNING IN PUERTORICO (GET IT). AS FOR THE FIRST SINGLE I/O ONLY JOHN OR HIS SON WOULD KNOW .
