OK Guys, I blew enough smoke about getting a '30 but that is not going to happen right now. Instead I am gonna give my '24 some lovin'. I should be getting my motor pulled tomorrow. Once it is opened up and I know what I have to work with I will make my motor plans.

Re: The project begins!
My list includes .....
Revove fairing, peel off that BS vinyl and have it painted flat black inside. Move drivers seat back an inch or two. Fix the engine hatch so it doesn't sag on the star. side. Rebuild or replace engine (details unknown) remove silent choice paint bilge / clean up rigging. Full hydraulic steering to the helm. |

Re: The project begins!
Hey Dave,
What is the goal? 500HP will push her close to 85mph... Hopefully your engine does not have too much internal damage! You can reuse the block, crank, rods and maybe the heads to build a nice 500HP engine. |
Re: The project begins!
Hey Dave,
Did you pull that engine yet? Open it up yet? |
