I dont think its a question of 25 more hp...its "Is 1-2mph more worth it?" These hulls need lots of HP. You can never have enuff speed.

Way to go Gary on the 525!! You'll put that SB in a different class from mine, at least until next year that is;) when my warranty runs out.......keep going, you're good for it man!!! I expect to see good data posts like I've been giving you - say perhaps in April????

You are right you can just keep going and going thats why in regards to my project I'm going to set it up from the get-go and be done with it and enjoy. I did the same with my current 24' with a bunch of extras and options that drove up the price but glad I did it once. My time to play is limited.
