I saw it at the boat show in display...almost looks like the small round digital gaffrrig depthfinder. I havent seen it anywhere else, not even on their website but it is new and available in black or white I bet if someone calls mercury they'll be able to get the info.

Ditch the volt guage or better yet I saw you havea hour meter...The smartcraft guage has the hour meter in it...Plus if you inadvertantly leave the ignition switch on (like Ive done on occasion...DUH) it doesnt affect the smartcraft hour count!

I learned about smartcraft after the fact as well with the 01 300X. I had just come out and even the reps at the NY boatshow werent really up to speed on it even though they did have the display. I had unnecessary guages as well. But I wasnt crazy about the looks of the smartcraft guages then and even though the have a few more styles available I still dont really like the look. Ive looked at a lot of guages and quite honestly I keep coming back to the white-face merc guages amd the white sc1000 monitor.

When I Spoke To Jc He Said He Was Not To Big On The Sc5000. But Did Like The Sc1000.....

sc5000 is ugly more for cruiser type boats
