No I don't have it, but I think it would be a welcome addition if you have back issues like you said. One concern with the tilt is how much stress the wheel takes - I've had to tighten my helm mounts twice already from regualr outings, so read the warranty on that tilt!

I had a tilt helm on my 1978 Cig. It was great; never a problem.
Keith, break out the red locktight...
It's on our calender to be in Superboat land the weekend of April 16-17.
I hope to see a completed Babi!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is it a definate on the ITS ?? I saw a Outerlimits with a pair of ITS drives. Looked like a foot setback. Nice looking package.

RICK, WITH MUCH THOUGHT I HAD TO MAKE A DECISION. AND I HAVE TOSSED THIS AROUND FOR OVER A WEEK. THERE WILL BE NO BOX'S FOR SUPERBABI, TO MANY PRO'S & CONS. TOUGH CALL BUT HAD TO BE MADE. ALSO THE FUNDS HAVE BEEN ALL USED UP. PERHAPS IN A YEAR OR SO I CAN WEIGHT SOME OTHER OPTIONS. SO FOR NOW LET'S FINISH SUPERBABI.....................SO WE CAN ENJOY HER !!!!! Let the boys rig her the way they have rigged most of them. You have to draw the line somewhere and you will be boating much sooner this way too... :cool:
Professor Jim has done more testing with his Y2K than anyone. The extension box did not help his boat, so it would have likely been a waste of time and $$$ on Babi... :rolleyes:
Rick's bottom job is going to make the biggest difference... :cool:
You are going to have a top speed in the high 80s maybe even 90... :drink:
