Ok - Rick and JC have seen and approved the DVD!!!! Just talked with JC and he liked it too.....

Now we just have to fill in the 3-4 minute hole I left for the Superbabi sea trial and any last minute photos and we'll be set for distribution - I'm definitely going to have it done for Superfest, so Gary I hope babi is all dialed in well before that!!

It's time for a headcount, so everyone needs to reply to this thread with their wants for a copy.

I will have to cut the final-final version over Memorial weekend, then make copies and I'll send a box to Rick around June 6th. I'll make 10-15 additional copies for the box so Rick can hand some out as needed as well.........

Time's up!! I will process the final cut tomorrow (Thursday June 2) and as of now I do not have any useable video clip of Superbabi running to insert!!!! :(

Can anyone help? I just need a 30-60 second clip from Rick's post on 188th street......I'll try a few more ideas to get it but if anyone can send it, email to me at [email protected]

Unfortunately rendering the DVD is up to ~4 hours now, and then burning each DVD adds another 1.5 hours EACH, so I'm smokin' this PC 24/7 the next few days!!!!

This time tomorrow I go with what I got!!!!! I just tried again to copy or save the video from both 188th and putfil.com, no luck....I need a small mpeg or .avi file.................

Keith,
I tried to compress the vids as much as possible. My vids are over 18 mg, and compressing them only gives me 17.1 mg. Still way too big to e-mail

Thanks guys for all the kind support - I have all of your addresses and hope to send them out early next week. As for costs - as I said before I'm not in this for the money, but to promote and preserve the Superboat!! The costs are less than a drink or two per copy, even with mailing - buy me a cold one when we sit down together next!!
