anyone know about the 1982 30ft sutphen w/ arnesons and new sbc? painted all white now, but looks from the ad as if it used to be a race boat. thanks

Stinger, That is the old racer "All Risk" outta Cali. Looks like it's in great shape! $35 grand isn't bad price, I've got the old "Inferno" boat & I started with 1/2 of what's on that boat,for $25,000. Go see it if you can!! Dave B.

818181.....The ocean pacer is my boat. Still trying to find some race history on her. Do you know anything about her career.

375 Stinger.....best boat on the water. I just put some new graphics on her. If someone came up with 35K cash i'd have a real hard time letting her go. Thinking about taking her off the market.

I have some old pic's of All Risk that I found in an old Racer's Edge paper from the 90's. Also Powerboat mag had some pic'sof your boat when it raced in POPBRA out in Cali.! I'd be glad to scan them if you want. Nice boat!!

What kind of graphics?
I like it all white, and would like it even better in the original colors.

I agree. All white looks good, so i didn't change it much. I renamed her the "Trouble Maker" after my great uncle's B-24 liberator from WWII. I blew up the nose art from the airplane and put it where the old number plates used to be. In fact, hidden in the new graphic is the old number P-51. I also put "ALL RISK" under the dash to avoid any bad carma from renaming a boat. I am also going to put an old school stripe from the back to the number plate where it will curve up to the deck. In the stripe on the back i am going to blend in a Sutphen logo. I'll post some pics when she is all done.
