Seems like a good deal.
Doesn't need much to clean it up.
Just not the biggest fan of the 502... heard they really go thru fuel...
What can be done to those engines w/o spending 6k/side?

thats about right5 or 6= headers hyd roller cam set up, 1050 custom carb with a with those new ported intake =650hp or so. = about 96mph in a 32. boy wish I saw that last oct, I wouldn't need a motor now.:evilb:

I believe the owner had the motors gone thru not long ago. Last I saw the boat was in nice shape.

I spoke with the marina about this one already. It had one engine let go and has a new engine (probably a reman) The other engine has over 400 Hrs on it. Dirves and trans over 400hrs.
Interior is sun baked very badly, Needs carpet through out. and full upper interior, no trailer inculded in the sale.

Looks like the boat that was tested by Powerboat & Hot Boat back when it was new...

Sounds cheap when you read the add,but you get what you pay for.
Most of the time it's not what you pay for a boat ,it's what you have to spend on it & all of a sudden your good deal isn't a good deal anymore.

Remember, you can't make chicken salad out of chicken chit

I have more pictures of the boat now but cant post them on here.
The boat has an issue that scared me off. some of the vinyl interior areas have rust leaching thru from the back side and anywher theres screws that arent stainless theres rust bleeding down on the vinyl and interior plastic etc.

They say the boat has never been wet and that its just simply the climate down there.

Anyone from the area have any imput on this for us all?

Does "great adventure" have these issues down in florida we know that boat was well taken care of in its life? that would be a good measuing stick against this boat because its in the same area.
