Sutphen Get together
 

It was very cool to meet Richie and Chris,

I had a great time speaking with all the sutphen faithful.

Truely a great group of indiviuals.

Its the sutphen family of boaters that really makes the Sutphen experience. All of the owners I have met recently and in the past, have all been top notch individuals who are always willing to help eachother out and be respectful of one another.

Thats a rare thing these days.

It was great to finally meet Richie even though we butted heads on a number of topics last night!!:D:D But hey he's one of the best out there!! If was also so nice of him to stop down in CT today and check out Tsunami! There's nothing like the Sutphen family and thank you to Walter for having us at his restaurant. It was a great time as always. Now the next get together has to be with the boats!!

since my sutphen will be in tampa soon you will have your own group in FLA started soon.

I appreciate the offer on the sweet 31 But that cockpit wouldnt be too conducive to my 2 little kids and thier friends.

I need MORE cockpit space not less.

Its a sweet boat no doubt and I am sure you will do well with the sale.

If someone wanted more cockpit space all they would have to do is remove the three man bolster & replace it with 2 stand up sit down bolsters.

The cockpit in the boat is the same configuration as any pleasure model 31 Sutphen.

The cabin is also the same as a pleasure boat just not finished off with carpet & cushions

Man I apologize for not thinking of you. ernie called me and asked me who might want to go.

I called Jimmy knowles and Christian and honestly couldnt think of anyone else whod want to go. One of the rush thinbgs I guess.

Niether of them could make it last minute either but wanted to be there.

We will definately be having some sort of CPBA get together at somepoint.

Theres always the CT river run too.

Another sutphen get together is imenent I am sure but with boats this time,

maybe a run down to sandy pt for some rafting up?

I may not even own a boat after this weekend. The insurance companies are making my life hell while searching for new boats.

Walter, Ernie, and Peter are going to do some races this year.

I knew ernies was and pete but was not sure where walts racing and what class he should be in p2 sbi or 300 in opa. I hope to get in one anyway, looks like I pick motor up next weekend.
