I did drive fulid yesterday and am replacing a drive indicator cable for the last runs of the season!!! I was talking to someone with a 18 footer with a 2.4 Merc(worked over by Diamond) on it...he wants to sell it..it will be coming to Ocean Performance soon, another Rum Runner that has been in the rack for years may be running again, twin 200 Mercs...
it's tough standing in a 26 degree bottom so we made up these "floor boards"..

went to the factory today. Learned alot about my boat (only one with a SOB), Sutphen, and tons of other companies. Richie and Chris are Great!
Traded in the 26 as a down payment on the red 31. . . .

jk, i wish haha. my gf would shoot my if i bought a new boat before a house. . .makes sense though.

But. . . . im looking for twins to throw on the back of it, with minimal set back. I think 35" is a little much

Long time no see.
As far as which boat Im never gonna bring the cat to that run, I would feel out of place. I actually felt out of place with the Sutphen. That run seems like its more for the smaller outboards. When i took the Sut I didn't want to run it around and wake all the small boats and mess up there day. At least it has outboards on it, but I actually think it would be more fun with either my Velocity or Laser.

More fun than a sutphen with tripples your insane. These guys love the bigger boats with OBs It shows that some of us Offshore guys are still there bretheren. we bridge the gap between the two its our obligation to be there.:drink:
