Finally got it home
 

Well, I bought it. All in all she's in good shape. Working on designing a new interior and about to derig the deck so I can buff everything. Motors are questionable, seem to run pretty good but had a timing malfunction today. Not sure what it is yet but am planning on a full refresh over the winter anyway. I haven't bought one yet that I haven't wanted to rebuild anyway.:lolhit: Also, I will eventually phase out the pink and purple.:party-smiley-004:Probably go with all white.

Lookin good, You should do a wrap around back seat like dave 911 had in his 17 FT. Thats what Id like to do in my 31 someday. Something like a 33 formula set up!

I could have tons of seating in mine that way.

You'll end up with a boat thats all new, I think that was a good way to go if you dont mind some elbow grease. Shes a good boat and will be absolutely killer when done.

Thanks man. It is nice and stock. Twin 502 mpi's with bravo drives. It pretty much has everything we wanted in a new boat and it rides great....like a Sutphen. Yep, I picked it up last weekend from Cape Coral which was cool because I got to visit the factory and see eveything there. Finger is still fu(ked up. I've been to every doctor imaginable, including a neurologist (sp?). Still no relief. The pain management specialist is now trying injections which are pretty painful. If this doesn't work the finger is coming off.

Thanks guys. It wasn't Richie that decided colors on this one. He said he hates the graphics. Apparently it was the dealer that had the boat built. Definitely straight out of the 90's.

Yep, Offshore Speed and Ski in CT. Jim Goodrich had nothing to do with it then. They had your 32, a 21 with a 300X and the 40 Im going to look at next week.

How did you f the finger up?
My Cuz just cut his finger off last month with a chop saw. Hes a pilot too.

The did a couple graphs and built him a new finger, sewed it tpo the finger next to it for circulation so far so good.

I did nothing to it that i remember, just started swelling and hurting one day and the pain amplified from there. Been dealing with it for two years, seen countless doctors and specialists and no one can tell me $hit. I've asked them to cut it off several times and they all say, "No, we can figure this out". I could still throttle with four fingers.:coolcowboy:

Wow that sucks. Nothing worse than not knowing whats up but I have to tell you that even if you cut that Biotch off it may still hurt. Had a freind forom a jobsite get something ampt and it hurt him even after it was gone. Happens allot so just understand that before you make that big descision.

Id try some hypnosis or something like that! YOu never know what may work and anything is worth a shot before making your finger fish food IMO

The Banana is my brother's boat. He wants to sell it but doesn't want to loose all that $$$ he put into building it. I don't blame him it is nice. I wish we could put a few more hours on it though. Still looking for props for top speed.

Yep. I've been trying to burn as much fuel through it as possible. I have been tuning everything up. I had to replace the injectors on the starboard engine. Once I did that It ran like a champ all day. I was having so much fun with it that I forgot to look at the fuel gauge and ran out heading into a marina. Here are some camera phone shots. i haven't done any cosmetic work to it yet because I wanted to run the $hit out of it before Winter.

It ended up being a pretty nice boat from the looks of it and for the right money.

I am sure once you get done with the complete clean up it will look incredible. Just needed an owner who cared about her and took care of it better.

Ran into a guy I knew, the other day said his fingers had turned black, Couldnt figure it out went to every DR around finally found out it was cause he was smoking CHinese cigarettes. NO BS

Stopped smoking them and his fingers came back just like before. Crazy stuff.

Finger is still jacked. Appt. tomorrow to see if I can get the whole thing numbed. Haven't smoked in two years but started again last week...maybe it will make it feel better.:lolhit:

love it! i was in that boat, new, up in Winsted, CT at Offshore Speed and Ski....other than the fact the boat weeps pink and purple tears, you done good, boy-o!

Winter here is 76 one day and the next is 30. Never can tell. Hopefully one day in the near future it will no long have any pink on it to weep.:lolhit:

It was actually a 20 with a 225 pro max. The last time I saw it was a couple years ago leaving the launching ramp in Saybrook. Not sure where it is now but it was a cool little boat!!

someone had one with twin 200 mercs on a 20 that had to be a animal!
