That is a great looking outboard for sure. If you would rather have an I/O, my Sutphen 20' is listed on Rhode Island Craigslist.
Feel free to call me if you have any questions concerning mine.
Thanks.

OLD MAN is your boat the red and white one? Think ive seen it on craigslist. Beautiful boat! What do you see for speed out of it?

My Sutphen

Kris, Yes mine is the white one with red stripes on Boston
Craigslist now. We ran the boat up on Rangeley Lake this summer
and was very happy with the performance. When Jeff owned the
boat in Ct., I think he got 63 out of it on the gps and then ran out
of prop after @5500 rpm. I took it up to @ 5300 and it ran super.
It's got a 19p Mirage on it right now and I've got a spare 21p but
it's a Michigan and didn't mount up right so I wasn't able to test
the difference. The reason it's for sale.....I'm going to a bigger
boat. George

good luck...if it doesn't work out, i can get you into another rumrunner for a fair price....:drink:

Got some pics from the owner...There's not one surface on the boat that doesn't need help. She's in really rough shape. I guess that's to be expected with that price. Think I'll probably pass. Bummer.

is it rot, or cosmetic?...west marine offers some great advice for "fixing" that stuff...diy, fair price...
for a shore/river runnner, if it's solid, ..buff it and run it..
pm the long island guys, and see what they know...
don't give up w/o a fight!
