Does anyone still make cockpit covers for these boats without going to a custom shop
My original is very worn. And I'm looking for a replacement

I deal with a canvas and upholstery guy that is great and reasonable. I don't understand why you wouldn't want to deal with a custom guy. Where are you located? If you cant find anyone maybe I could bring my cockpit cover from my 31 up to him to get an idea in price and if it sounds good just ship yours to him and he can copy it. If you keep it outside you could tarp it while it being done.

I talked to Christine at Sutphen about my 34, and if they had a template. She said no, it's all custom. Find a guy who knows the material. There are some newer hi-tech materials out there that are very user friendly, durable, breathable and waterproof. I can't recall the actual name, but there's good stuff out there.
