Just read a little of this. Good luck with the new project Skeetz. Love to see these things getting restored instead of going to the grave yard. Steelborn made his beautiful. I second the pictures, would love to see the progress.

It was not the "All Sports" boat.
This was another that literally Sat for a quarter of a century with the motors out covered in some guys yard.

Steelborn..
I just bought that boat today. Hasn't been splashed since 1992. No motors but everything else was there. Surprisingly i spent a few hours going over the boat and it really is solid. Transom wasn't soft and the stringers were fine. Kaamas are in great shape. Interior is gone but the cabin was in good shape (minus the headliner). Very low hours, but then again it Hasn't ran in 25 years.
Trailer is ok with the exception of the tires having to be replaced. Only major thing I can see wrong is possibly the fuel tank and and issue with the deck just front of the v-berth bulkhead He was firm on 11k but I didn't care. I gave the old man what he wanted for it and he threw in a hydrahoist for the boat. You probably think I over paid but it's a kaama boat and Richie only made 16 of them. I have another 33 with hp500's in it but needed a kaama boat to check off the bucket list.
I'll post some pics of the Resto job on this one.
Should be an interesting build.

There was was no any drill in a picture, guy is crazy and his son must did lots of drugs when he was younger or something.
The situation was that I already have one Sutphen project and I really didn't have to buy a basket case with all source of possible problems at least not for that amount of money and not from crazy people like that.
Im glad that your experience was better then mine and that you got the boat you want, let's hope that all works out well.

Looking to sell my Sutphen Northeast Performance Marine/Rage is moving and does not have room for my boat anymore, and the wife does not want it in the yard which is were it is going.
1991 34’ Sutphen Outrageous with 454 blower motors, one motor was good one needs at least a short block and new exhaust is needed. Bravo one drives, shore power with battery charger. Solid hull. With working engines it did a solid 70 mph. Untitled 1

I kind of like this 34. 1984 that's claimed to have been totally restored 5 years ago and sure looks like it in the photos.

Anyone know of a 33/34 not already mentioned? I'm still looking for the right boat. Pm me.
I called led and spoke to the owner of the 30'. Nice guy but I'd really prefer the 33/34
