Spirit vs. Ocean Pacer

Can someone tell me the difference between these two? I was going through an issure of Powerboat magazine from early summer and it had a 91 Sutphen Spirit for sale..... It was listed as 31', what the difference between that and my 1986 30' Ocean Pacer?

THE OCEAN PACER IS 1' SHORTER THAN IT'S 31 COUNTERPART AND THE DECK IS DIFFERENT, COCKPIT SECTION IS LARGER. IT'S BASICALLY SAME BOTTOM . HOPE THAT HELPS
