Is there one? A dealer use to sell Sutphens in Winstead, CT but it looks like there site is no more. Any dealers in New England?? Is the boat still being made?

SonicBoom, When I was at the factory in February, they were talking about getting a web site. I don't think they have any dealers. You can buy factory direct. They are very much in business. They redesigned the deck on the 31 and the hull on the 38. Give them a call 1-941-574-1155, Richie and Christine are two of the nicest people you will meet. Plus they build a great boat. I will send you some pictures when I get a chance.

I use to have the keys to a 34' back in the mid 80's for a summer and really loved the ride. Wanted to see if they have updated the interior to todays demand for the "family oriented" owner. I'm not in the market for a boat as of yet. Wife just had our second child last night at 1:30 am so we need to find a new home first before a boat. I hope they come up with a web site. Thanks again.

I am looking for someone with a 32 ft sutphen. I am going to repower mine and would like to find out what a difference it will make if i go from250 hp mercs to 300 hp mercs. this is a twin installation

I own a 30' Oceanpacer with 550hps and TRS drives. Sutphen 30 says I should do mid eighties with the right set-up. What did your 32' do with the 250s? Are the 300s new? If the 250s are weak you may do pretty good with the upgrade, but if they're strong, that hundred horse diff wont give you but maybe 4-8mph more. How much is it going to cost? May be a better idea to invest in a set of jack plates and nice props...raise the props up and get alittle more rpm or better cruise mph. Any way, good luck and keep leaving threads...your bound to get the right answer. Also leave this thread in the TECH forum...those guys know ALOT of answers to ALOT of problems.
