drive, inner and outer transom assembly, gimble housing, trim rams, trim pump, hoses, flywheel, coupler, merc II trans
drive has nose cone with fresh imron paint, trans has electric shift

set up came off my personal 24' excalibur - used 1 full season by me, worked flawlessly
switched to small block with bravo-don't need anymore
