I had my 302 SR-1 boat stolen but still have 1 surface drive that has new gears and a boot for sale. It is a shortshaft without prop. Do you have a tranny with it, or just the drive? About how much are you looking to get? Have a Bravo 1 now, but I believe my boat would be faster w/ a surface drive. Maybe a future project?:rolleyes:

This is a hard answer.
 

First of all do, you want this project. You would need to find a transom plate for it and fill in the old hole for the bravo drive to fit the smaller hole needed for the surface drive. A lot of work. that is just the beginning. I would take $1200 for the drive and I do not have the trans. as it was in the boat when they stole it. I had a twin disc 502 trans pushing the drive. Believe me when I tell you it will make the boat faster and less strain on the transom with less strain on the motor. Call me at 727-364-8531 if you might want to buy it. I am telling you this to save you a lot of money and I might loose the sale but it will run you around $5000 to $7000 to do the swap. Thanks Don
