I have the usual merc shifter that nearly identical to the pic I'd be willing to part with. No clue what they go for used. Anyone?

does anyone know if I can go from an old merc shifter with electric shift to a shifter like the one above. it's on an 1978 IMP w/ 454 & TRS with an electric shift transmission.

I have one I bought a few months ago that I'm not going to use. It's brand new and has the trim switch on the throttle. It's made by Hardin Marine. $300 plus shipping
