The fuel system would have to be changed a bit from a 415/502. The 500 manifold has a fuel return line that is not on the 502. I don't know how to re-plumb it, I just know that it has to be done.

The fuel line on the 500 returns goes to the water/fuel seperator housing on the front left facing the engine.
