what is the height measurement for where the ram ends fit in?

Nevermind it won't work on what I'm trying to do..As soon as you sell yours I've got one identical to it.

Somebody buy those Mayfair rams for $300 and make a good offer on this and you'll be halfway to a full hydraulic setup....

I could use it to keep on my spare drive. PM me your bottom dollar, please.
That would be the spare drive for a boat that hasn't been out of storage since 2007.
