I have a pair of used Edelbrock aluminum timing covers. They will need bolts, gaskets and crank seals for Gen IV BBC. $45. shipped to lower 48.

I'm sure they can. Not sure if it would be worth it unless you wanted the Edelbrock logo. Aftermarket ones are available polished for about $60. But their cheap Jap crap of course.
