The ACE set up is a standoff box. The trans fits into the box so that you do not have to move the motors.

These look to be Konrad gimbals correct? They allow for the bigger U joints on the input shaft?

What happened to hullofjustis and Buttonhead they both said they woulk take them, both deals went bad or is there something else about the drives.

No, there is nothing wrong with the drives, they are mint.
I think mr buttonhead was only interested in the package including the boat. I spoke with hullofjustis and he was calling for a friend, and apparently he changed his mind.
