i have two gen4 500hp 454 short blocks, forged steel crank, and rods alum. pistons. put your heads, intake and carbs on and go $1500ea

I thought all the 500Hp motors were 502s? How many hours are on the lower ends? Do they have cams in them? Are the blocks salt corroded at all?

Same questions as above, and are they roller cams? Lifters? Timing chain and gears included? I assume these are fresh, any receipts? And can you ship? Thanks.

comp. ratio on pistons?

if they are 454's I'm guessing 365hp magnums? do they have the Merc #'s so we can figure out what these are?

If you look at his other posts in swap shop i think you can determine what these actually are. I think they are actually mercruiser 454 420hp.

they may have had some mods to make the 500hp that was claimed.

yes there are cams and lifters just not roller and they are the stock 425hp 454 with a little ex/., they were pushing right at 500hp
