What is the story on the rods? New, reconditioned, used? Have the assemblies been balanced? Rings included?

selling for a friend, what you see is what you get...new, guy got the wrong set up for what he was wanting to put in his motor so he went ahead and purchased a different set up and this is left over

bore size? cant be whats on the label because the rods are stock length chevy. need +.030 454 pistons
