They are PF SB "SA" Risers 3" Taller with water inlet in the riser. My understanding is they will fit small block and old style big block manifolds. I went a different route with a project and no longer require them.

1600 firm for the pair. 900 firm separated. They are currently in Canada but I will ship to anywhere in the States. at your cost.
