This might be the deal for me. In your honest opinion ...is it realistic to jet these down for a pair of 355 Vortecs with Comp 272H Extreme Marine Cams or should I pass and wait for 750's?
What jets are these set up with?
Thanks...John in West Palm.
BTW...love that "Cape Coma"...LOL

Sir? Hell....I work for a livin!!!
Honestly, I say 850 is waaaay too much carb. Easy enough to jet down and then you have room to go later.
You kinda have to know the Cape to "get" the Cape Coma thingy....but not nearly as bad as it used to be....

John, I have a pair of Ebrock 750s which I "think" are too small for my BBCs. One way to find out...
If the commander sells me these and they work well for me I'll be selling the 750s.
These carbs work great for me. But, I just have to know if I'm leaving some HP on the table. I may be sorry as I get great fuel milage as is and still can run mid 80s.
I wouldn't be selling these until I have a chance to run and tune the 850s in April tho.
