Just for clarification, is this the dual action system? By that I mean does it not only open the hatch, but hold it closed also? I seem to have more trouble keeping the hatch closed than opening it.

Can you tell me the minimum and maximum length of the cylinders?

Do you have actual pictures of the items for sale?
