I have no way of knowing if it works or not, but i can tell it hasn't been used that much. As far as price, who knows, it is an auction. It is just local to me and I thought I would help someone out if they were interested.

They are great to find issues so you can load up the motor with out dragging the boat all the way to the ramp. I don't think they are very accurate for HP numbers. You need a hose with a good amount of flow.
