Im actually passing this info along to a buddy. He has a Chris Craft that has King Cobras. Just didnt know if you had a price in mind. I'll refer him though.

if it isn't in the way, or if dinero isn't required for mortgage payments, xmas etc, sit on it till spring. this time of year you hafta take a big loss to make a boat leave. and i don't think the parts are worth as much as the whole boat. plus there is dismantling and then making the hull leave...

there is a guy in my town asking 14k for the same boat and in similar condition. I dont see 14k as reasonable, but I would think at least your 5k would move it.
