It is a great deal! I'm getting transferred at my job. I really would like to keep it but I'm trying to lighten the load when I move.

I will have it listed on here and Craigs until it sells. Haven't had much interest yet it is a bad time of year. I'm not moving until June, just trying to get head start on downsizing.
