Pair 15” x 30” Maximus props – ½” cut off the diffuser ring
 

These have a couple hours of test time and one poker run on them. They were direct from Mercury Racing and have not been touched by any other prop shop. Part numbers and serial numbers can be seen in the pics below. No hubs. Not interested in splitting them up.

They ran 90+ on a 36ft twin step full staggered hull 1.5 ratio bravos on 525s at 5180 and 5200.

They are not brand new. They are not cosmetically perfect. There are some light scratches on the surfaces from lying around in the shop. One blade on the LH prop has some scratches on the tip of the trailing surface. The fwd side of one of the RH blades has some light scratches as well. I do not believe any of these scratches were incurred while running. Pics below.

are they merc labbed?

Yes. They are labbed from Merc.

Merc offers 15-5/8, 15-1/4, and 15 dia labbed maximus props right out of their catalog. The standard non labbed maximus props are 15-5/8 only.

"The lab finishing process includes wedging the leading edge so the prop cuts into the water verses chopping; the blades are thinned in areas while maintaining integrity and the trailing edge cup height is modified to gain 300rpm...."

"In some cases, if the transom is lifting at WOT, removing part of the diffuser ring will help settle the transom."
