thats the old gen IV bow tie block so an engine builder is your best bet when they want to match it up. Try PM's to few on here who may have a need. If new I would say 1200 to 1500?

I would post them on racing junk. I think your more likely to find someone looking to build a 454 for a car. You know that they are considered "small" here. Even though you can still make big power and go plently fast it seems hard to get paid here for 454's even if they are bowtie siamese bore blocks.

Or even look for a jet boat site.

10051106 — Bow Tie Block (Short Deck)
This “CNC” cast iron Mark IV Bow Tie block is strong foundation for any
serious big-block engine project. This “short-deck” heavy-duty block was
designed to meet the needs of Pro Stock drag racers, offshore boat racers,
and other competitors for powerful and dependable 500ci engine. The Bow
Tie block’s cylinder wall are “siamesed.” A Bow Tie big-block can safely be
bored to 4.500" because there are no water passages between adjacent
cylinders. The deck surfaces are reinforced and the lower head bolt holes are
blind tapped to improve head gasket sealing. Four-bolt main bearing caps
and reinforced cylinder barrels add strength to the Bow Tie block’s bottom
end.
Technical Notes: This block has semi-finished 4.250" diameter cylinder bores.
The distance from the crankshaft centerline to the deck surfaces is 9.800". It
has provisions for a mechanical fuel pump. Casting P/N 10051107.
