Offshoreonly.com - 2- Gen6 502/500HP engines low hours, OHIO

I am parting a 88 311 Formula, was a buddys boat until the last 5 years, hull is rotted so its a parts boat now...

has gen6 502 engines with all HP500 parts...
boat has 566 hours now, had 483 when sold 5 years ago, I found old pic to verify from 2008... both engines were gone through right after boat was sold due to one having a lifter fail in 2009, my buddy had the heads done in 2008 no more then 80 hours I thought it had more....but the pic was proof..both engines run perfect and fire right up, had boat for its last ride this past Sunday, 9-8-2013.... easily went 70 on gps not wringing it out....

standard forged 502 pistons, forged crank and rods
heads are from 98 hp500 engine had new springs and valves (yes Inconel) may have paperwork for those if my buddy can find it....
hp500 cams
crane roller rockers
Merc hp500 intakes
barry grant 850 carbs
gaffrig flame arrestors.
water pump bypasses
wiring will be included
accessorys will be included
no exhaust, but can be had for extra $$

asking 5300.00 each I am attaching pics and videos of them running today 9-10-2013
if you want ready to drop in with exhaust (IMCO Powerflow) will be 6400.00 each drop in and run them...
