i have a 1991 velocity 22 outboard hull has hydro jack plate 2 optima batts with billet holders front mount hydro steering interior ok trailer newer bearings lights work i have title for both i can find no rot on this boat but it does have some stress cracks call for details Gene 617 957 1832
