Checking interest: 502 long block, fresh but needs work....
 

I have a 502 long block, srp pistons, h beam rods, steel crank, 088 heads, crane gold rockers, crane 168741 roller cam. .030 bore 509 cu/in

This was a fresh build, ran about 15 mins on the hose. Had bad cmi headers leaking water. Was run with different exhaust, oil changed, fogged and stored for the winter.

Opened it up yesterday, looks like there was still some moisture. Spins over easy but cylinders will at least need honed and pistons re-ringed.

I don't know if I should sell together or part it out.

Ideas on price for the long block? Will include hp500 intake.

I don't think there were any gen iv 502's period. I think its s gen v. I will get the #'s off it to be sure.

Yup gen 4 502 I had 4 of them. Only built a few years 502 carb with fuel pump boss
