Bought this from a guy who pretty much never used it, part # 48-13706a41 25P

Very very good condition. I just don't have a single engine so don't need it. He said he used it 2x years ago and it just sat in the garage.

It's a pressed brass hub. So I am guessing that is solid? No rubber or plastic in it.
