New zero effort shifter for twins
Subscribei know the throttles them selves are easy to reconfigure but I wonder how hard it is to flip the trim switch to use these for a RH application...???
paul I do believe its just as easy .mercury marine also sells just the white throttle lever with the red part switch on it .and it would go left or right

Per your pictures the trim switch is set for your left thumb.Originally Posted by Tigweldersm
I believe this is set up to be used in a RH application.
How can you tell what is the front of the shifter? If the levers are slanted backwards then it is for a RH application? If they slant forward it is for a LH application.

Most of the time, but they can be used either way. It really depends on the angle of the mounting location and dash layout.Originally Posted by Baja226sport
No. Handles always slant toward the front.
Either way, they can be taken apart and reassembled in any configuration fairly easily.
