Complete Alpha one drive and transom assembly
 

Complete Alpha 1 outdrive including transom assembly, cyls, hoses, etc.. was in good working condition when removed, could use new paint and after inspection the hoses and belows looked dry rotted, so i purchased a 200.00 transom assembly rebuild kit that has new hoses, belows, gimbal bearing etc...then sold the boat i was going to use this on. the kit is included with drive. 500.00 for everything, also have a nice complete bravo one drive and i am looking for a bravo drive with an imco -2 shorty or just the lower.
