As far as I know Procharger only makes 2 types of marine intercoolers, the 324 and the 504. This is the 324, 3" diameter inlet/outlet, 11" in to out, 10 1/4" high including mounts, and 8"wide.

Let me know if this helps, and if your interested.

Nope, Sorry gone last year. Try these guys: http://www.frozenboost.com/air_water...ers-p-211.html

I tested one for a season, replaced the other one the next year. They are rated low on the HP and CFM but I did not notice any performance loss, actually picked up a little boost, and air charge temps went down. On a boat, endless cold water definitely helps with an intercooler.

All you need to do is cut off the procharger mounts and have some one tig them to the new Boost cooler, inlet and outlet water fittings are 1/2npt, instead of the 3/8npt. Well worth the $.

There are 4 holes tapped into the outside of the housing, screw a couple bolts in to eliminate any lost boost. I pull the ones on the bottom every so often to make sure the core isn't leaking, so far so good. I have had three AW324's go bad over the past 7 years, one almost cost me a motor, plus $1200 a pop. Well see how these Frozen Boost ones hold up for $150ea.
