Is it assembled with just the pan off ? is there any other damage, does the balancer and fly wheel come with it

that's what's wrong

502 long block with Heads
Comes with valve covers, timing cover,
water pump and oil pan.
It has spun bearing on # 8 rod
The block has around 250 hours
The heades have less than 20 hours
Must Go!!
