What's a 502 block with heads worth?

depends,what year and what are you asking.

I believe it's a 2003 502 block with around 250 hours and the heads have less than 20 hours on them

all popular stuff, so gen 6 block, is it stock bore ?? what's the part # on the heads 088 ? is it a bare block

She spun #8 rod bearing, it comes with oil pan,
Valve covers and timing chain cover.

Is it assembled with just the pan off ? is there any other damage, does the balancer and fly wheel come with it
