I thought it was worth clarifying since they can be purchased from Summit Racing for less than the prices you have listed, Sorry for wasting your time.

When is the last time you checked the price from Summit?? The box is $361.95 and the distributor is $317.95.

Last night actually. Then subtract the $50 rebate and Summit is $20 less than your price plus free shipping and warranty. It really doesn't matter at this point, I'm looking for a box and wanted clarification if it was a screaming good deal or if it was really no different than I can pay Summit for the same thing.

That's interesting. It shows you how the manufacturers "MAP" (minimum advertised price) is a crock! I just checked the price not their "hidden" rebate deals. I was trying to make it somewhat attractive without losing any more money. Oh well.
