should disclose. Case deformation is the usual cause of failures.

getrdunn 03-11-2016 09:23 AM

If anyone gets pics let me know or post if u can. I asked for pics and sent cell number the same day or day after listing and still don't have anything.

JakesKAAMA 03-11-2016 02:25 PM

Sorry if I missed you. Send me a text and I'll get them right over to you. I get like 1 guy each day that just wants to kick the tires.

F-2 Speedy 03-11-2016 03:54 PM

Be upfront and honest, I got the pics, your first post said nothing about cracked cases, I wouldn't of asked for pictures if I knew that

MILD THUNDER 03-11-2016 05:14 PM

He's been trying to sell these drives on facebook for months. They have cracked cases, and are in very ROUGH condition.

Jake, please don't waste peoples time telling them they are "nice and tight".

Flyin-Bryan 03-11-2016 05:33 PM

If it sounds too good to be true.......well you know the rest.

JakesKAAMA 03-11-2016 07:11 PM

They are nice and tight. And only one has a cracked lower. The only time on them is the time that I tested the boat. Witch wasn't even 8 hours on them.

Full Force 03-11-2016 08:17 PM

So whats the other look like? corrosion?

JakesKAAMA 03-11-2016 09:43 PM

Yes they do have corrosion. They do have a crack. Not going to sell them now. Ill rebuild them and put a new lower case on and strip them down.

Full Force 03-12-2016 04:28 AM

Corrosion would worry me about gear pitting, I would have said drives for sale unsure of condition due to pitting and cracks, just be honest so guys don't waste time... and there is certain procedure to rebuild them..

vintage chromoly 03-12-2016 05:07 AM

Maybe the crack is "tight" :lolhit:

cigrocket 03-12-2016 06:21 AM

Carefull, pinion gears like to move around when cases are deformed.....FYI

SB 03-12-2016 06:33 AM

What does nice and tight mean, anyway ? LOL

class6 03-12-2016 06:42 AM

Deformation is making them nice and tight! Trs anchors for sale

phragle 03-12-2016 07:01 AM

Your cousin Cindy in 10th grade...that was nice and tight... Kim Kardashian, not so much

getrdunn 03-12-2016 10:38 AM

ya how is it they only have test time only. 8 hours. So one should assume they were purchased new and would still look new. Not cracked and dragged up from the bottom of the lake. At least that's the impression I'm getting anyway.

At least they are not being sold now but wrf. Dude leave and go back to playing video games. Seriously!

BUP 03-12-2016 10:46 AM

The tightest thing going was when June Cleaver told Ward - jeez Ward you were a little hard on the Beaver last nite.
