New XR upper with very low hour lower. Victory Marine dissembled lower inspected and reassembled with new seals and bearings. This was a spare for my Donzi ZRC that I recently sold and has never been mounted. $7950

I have a complete standard shaft I would be willing to trade you for your ITS shaft if you are interested. Mine has the newer non-zerk u joints.

Thank you endeavor32 for the offer but I no longer need the extra drive. My Powerplay and Scarab have old style drives which I have spares for those as well. Dean I thought I had to many boats so I got rid of one. I should have looked at how many you have and I would have kept the ZRC lol which by the way went to a good home. He is totally redoing it and making it his own. He loves the boat

I try just like you. I have to credit Victory Marine in Dickinson Texas for I tell him what I want he builds it. In 15 years he has been doing my work I have never had a major failure (knock on wood) Your motors still look great.
