Hey Kreed. None of the tips have inner flaps. I have used clamp on rubber flaps when thought there was a need. Thanks

Im interested in one carb , and the valvetrain parts ,package deal perhaps? need a set of 3/8 stem and 2.25 intake will keep the exhaust for spares.
