Trim tabs Mercruiser 450s

Have a brand new pair of trim tabs in the box, pumps, wireharness etc..2 rams on each tab...will sell only as a complete package..thinking 4700 delivered ?? or trade towards trs parts or ??blowers for 420?outside steering for trs?
