Not sure if you are asking if they are dry or wet? But these are wet. Water enters exhaust just prior to tip. Only will sell tails seperate if someone is buying headers. Can't seperate until then.

I grabbed the headers and tails. They have been repaired, so I wasnt paying top dollar.....song and a dance!!!! Hahaha....They are 15 yrs old!
