Imco -2 shorty lower unit. 1.36 gear ratio . 1 1/4 prop shaft. 2K plus shipping
43-818927 / 43-818928 Bravo XR 1.50 ratio lower gear set. Brand new. $400
Imco 1" spacer for 2" shorty. $300

is the gear set just the 2 gears in the pic or is it a whole upper gear set??

The gears are for a lower.

For better top end I would want the 1.50 gear set correct, if still available?
