Broken whipple
 

not sure if anyone has a use for this but im putting it out there i have a BROKEN whipple compressor the gears are chewed up the case the internal rotors are fine its a 2.3 litre for 8.1 mag i believe it is a w140ax anyway i have pics just ask and i can text or email them to you thanks pay shipping and its yours just dont want to see it sit around if someone can reuse it and please dont resell it to make a profit just trying to find person in need thanks

I have a 2.3 on my boat right now that needs repair. Prices for parts are ridiculous. I could really use this!

Very nice of you. I had a 2.3 let me down last time out in 2017. Dumped the oil, burned it up, smoked coupler, gears, rotors......this will be a big help

yup thats me broke it idleing out of canal to load on trailer last day of year lol better then at wot anyway already got a new one will be ready for summer!

John bond is a good person to work with on those old 2.1 and 2.3 whipples.

I guess.......Jon tells me i's $2000 for a 2.3 rotor pack and $1200 for a rebuild......Hmmmmm, a new compressor is $2500

Is that off the 8.1 I sold you

Hey dennis yes it is motor ran awesome. fortunately i was at a near idle when it broke so no damage to motor i pulled belt off and idled home already have new whipple (new style) i bought from whipple what project are you into now?
